Menlo Park Residence

This is a sleek, airy, ultramodern green home designed by renowned architect Michelle Kaufmann. The home used green material such as bamboo flooring, cedar and hardy plank exteriors, and high grade polished countertops. The roof is done with EDPM membrane. The heating system is radiant on the ground floor for more efficient heating system. the downstairs and upstairs features additional heating and cooling, a Canadian made high efficiency and high velocity forced air which utilizes specialized registers strategically placed throughout the home. The home also features plenty of Clarence windows and skylights on the second level to allows for natural ventilation, and Andersen windows in most of the rooms.
The house features open design with high ceilings, and almost 1,000 sf of exterior decking.
